Some of our products are handmade in small batches, while others are carefully selected artisan items. Each product listing clearly states how the item is made.

Our soaps are made with gentle ingredients; however, every skin type is different. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list and doing a patch test before full use.

To extend the life of your soap, allow it to dry completely between uses. Using a soap dish with drainage is recommended.

Due to the nature of personal care items, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll be happy to help.

Processing times vary by item. Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order items may take 5–7 business days. Please see individual listings for details.
